Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time for Monthly subscrption. For Annual subscriptions you can upgrade or downgrade your plan only at the anniversary. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll notify you of your usage and need to top-up. You can purchase additional SMS credits or upgrade your plan. We never cut off your customers mid-conversation.

No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may have a one-time onboarding fee depending on the complexity of the integration. Please request an official quotation before making any payments or commitments.
